By subscribing and enrolling in Rebaño Chivas El Paso Soccer Academy, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement constitutes an annual commitment for the entire 2026–2027 training period. The Participant understands that the recurring payment authorization established through this Agreement is directly associated with the annual enrollment commitment and does not represent a month-to-month membership.
 
By completing enrollment, the Participant agrees to fulfill the financial obligation for the full annual training period, regardless of attendance, participation level, or personal circumstances. The Participant further understands and agrees that recurring payments may not be canceled, paused, suspended, or discontinued before the completion of the annual commitment period, unless expressly approved in writing by Rebaño Chivas El Paso Soccer Academy.
 
Any request for early termination or modification of the payment agreement must be submitted in writing and is subject to review and approval by Rebaño Chivas El Paso Soccer Academy.
