2026–2027 Annual Enrollment Agreement
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you are electronically signing this Agreement and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below.
 
Enrollment in the Rebaño Chivas El Paso Cheer Division constitutes an annual commitment covering the entire 2026–2027 training period. The recurring monthly payment authorization associated with this enrollment is a payment plan for the annual program and is not a month-to-month membership.
 
By enrolling, the Participant and their parent or legal guardian agree to fulfill the full financial obligation for the annual training period, regardless of attendance, level of participation, withdrawal, or personal circumstances.
Recurring payments may not be canceled, paused, suspended, or discontinued before the annual commitment period ends unless Rebaño Chivas El Paso provides express written approval.
 
Any request to terminate or modify this Agreement before the end of the annual commitment period must be submitted in writing. All requests are subject to review and approval by Rebaño Chivas El Paso.
Monthly Cheer Division Membership
 
Your monthly payment provides access to the complete Rebaño Chivas El Paso Cheer Division experience, designed to help young athletes develop physically, mentally, and academically:
Cheer and Field Training: Structured instruction designed to improve cheerleading technique, coordination, teamwork, confidence, and performance skills.
Gym Strength Training: Professional fitness sessions focused on developing strength, speed, flexibility, endurance, and overall athletic performance.
Nutrition Education: Guidance that teaches athletes how to properly fuel their bodies for energy, recovery, performance, and long-term health.
Weekly “Healthy Mind” Team Sessions: Mental-resilience training designed to strengthen focus, confidence, discipline, and emotional well-being.
Weekly Injury-Prevention Sessions: Proactive exercises and routines that help athletes remain strong, safe, healthy, and ready to perform.
Academic-Success Sessions: Mentorship and educational support that encourage athletes to succeed in the classroom as well as in their sport.
